I hope you are doing well.<BR/><BR/>To my knowledge the San Diego, NYC, and Florida Bar associations have all released Ethics Opinions dealing with legal outsourcing.<BR/><BR/>The Florida one, I have not yet commented on, but it is broadly the same as the NYC and San Diego opinions in its comments.<BR/><BR/>I'm sure that over the coming months we will also see other States releasing similar opinion.
